Plasma = with clotting factors
Serum = clotted

Plasma--not clotted, has all the clotting factors in.
serum---clotted, no clotting factors

the answer is E.

platelets are very rich in serotoin. When blood is clotting, platelet release serotonin in to serum. (quite interesting for me too)
