We are currently accepting applications for candidates looking for observerships and externships in the month of august. We also have some a limited number of slots still available for the month of July for applicants who can facilitate an expedited application and placement process.

We have many specialties available in desirable locations along the east cost with a predominance in the tri state area. We offer experiences in a variety of settings including teaching hospitals, community hospitals and private practices.

The fee is $1750 for a 4 week observership which includes tuition, malpractice insurance and administrative costs.

Here's the breakdown for the $1750
Tuition :- $100 (doctor gets this for coffee)
Insurance :-- $0 (and none required for observership)
Administrative :-- $1650 (straight to pocket)

Sorry for the delayed response. Our tuition breakdown mostly consists of preceptor fees, preceptor clinical fees, and administrative costs.

@@ is correct in saying that observerships do not TECHNICALLY require insurance but our preceptors require it. It is a negligible cost ($100) built in.
