Your 1 is low and ck ok. Planning on taking step 3??, it will help your case, but only write when ready.
It's a tough road ahead because you don't have USCE and YOG>10. Are you willing to go into FM? I am not suggesting that FM is easy but if you show sufficient interest, fm progs may call you for interviews.
