LOR. unwaived or waived - mememd
#11
doesnt really matter, if at all 0.001%

no. of reasons
I know 1 guy who didnt waive and asked writer to post lor to his address , there were some grammatical mistakes in lor ,suppose wht wud hv happened if he had waived !!!!
dnt waive if writer is unrealiable, atleast u can change something
rarely if they post , most likely they fold it tightly which results in a folded line which is evident on scanning .
of course they will post it with delay.
bottom line-is risky
of course nobody will write bad about u, but still average , fair n good lor will make diff.
if u dnt waive atleast u can request him to modify it to better LOR
if u waive u will solely depend on his mood at the time of writing, his pity ,u r nt sure wht he has written , and u will never know either !!!!!
waive ONLY if he is friendly and reliable

stronger , but cant help u, somewhat better, dats not the only deciding criteria
also u can never use them in future. nobody will upload them or give u sealed copy especially whn u leave that doctor .,when they are not listening to you during when u r present there, how will they listen when u leave !!!!
and for future u dnt hv any records of that lor as if u didnt hv that lor
at the extreme u hv to go to that doctor to get sealed copy for reuse
