step2 ck-232, step 3 - 219
all passed first attempt
after graduation, worked for 3 yr in home country
1.5 yr USCE, ( in private clinic, hospital affiliated with residency program, research in Uni for 3 month now)
Applied last yr - but i could not make it.( need visa Last yr )
visa - GC now

Any hope guy..... so depressed cause i used lot of money last yr and really freak out this yr..
