If your experience is in FM too and LORs are from US physicians (academic setting), your chances of getting IVs are pretty decent: 61.38%
Get more US clinical experience ... get letters from FM physicians... will really boost your chances.
Chance of getting matched is in your hands.... how you perform at interview etc.

Yes my experience is in FM and my Lors are from US physicians (university program)..i will try to get some more clinical experience too .

I will say apply in IM too. UPMC Pittsburg program is offering observerships for free. call program coordinator. I heard they have 8 observers right now.
