Pls tell me what are these and how do I get into either of these. Are they any easy to get into as compared to residency PGY1?
I am clueless. Pls advice.

Nope, they are not an easy to get, at all. They are very competitive and harder than any categorical because of the easies path to advanced training (PGY-2 programs).
