3. B He can make only IgM but not IgG due to defect in class switching, So he can activate complement (IgM) but can't opsonize (IgG)

4. Answer is A ..Due to the deficiency of c1 esterase, early components of compliments used up more rapidly. C4 decrease.

2.Man's disease's onset is late, so he is heterozygous for this autosomal dominant disease, Aa, married a woman aa------Aa, Aa, aa, aa-----so 1/2 is the chance that his son will carry A gene, ---------same calculation once again then his son's daughter will have 1/2 chance to be Aa, so final answer: 1/2x1/2=1/4=25%
