Ok lets say no match, no post match
what about some people did not join the program they match to it.
in this case, PD will choose to fill that position from applicant who int or how?
any input please.

There are sporadic openings, but most programs find an unmatched candidate from their match list and hire him/her.

there are chances ......... but very less..... that is the reason, you should check out findaresident or careermd.com for such openings.....provided you r unmatched...
