i thought it was gastric bleed.
can you explain why it is met alkalosis?

metabolic alkalosis is bcos of diarrhea..... but i donno which one choose amongst A and B here... i am confused

Should be A. gastric bleeding. Iron produce free radicals damage the mucosa.
