1)16 yr old girl is being evaluated for primary amenorrea....she is 4'10' tall and weighs 42 kg....her breast dev is about 1 out of 5 tanners staging...and pubic hair dev is abt 2 out of 5 tanners.sh ehas a low hairline ...short 4th metacarpal ,multiple pigmented nevi .on pelvic examination..cervix is seen.she also has an increased levels of FSH ...all other hormone levels are normal...wht is diagnosis??

a) androgen insens syndrome
b) turners syndrome
c) GNRH secreting tumor
d) isolated GNRH deficiency
e) paramesonephric aplasia

2) alveolitis with iterstitial edema ..anflammatory cell accumulation..and type II pnuemocyte hypertrophy and hyperplasia is believed to b an early and significant event in teh pathology of...

a) antracosis
b) asthma
c) centriacinar emphysema
d) chr bronchtis
e) pulm fibrosis

Can this be anorexia nervosa?

Apart from c and e all the other choices dont seem to have pathologies in the alveoli. And of the 2 pulmonary fibrosis is the product of chronic inflamation described above.

I am not sure....I had answered Turners for the first one and second one seems to be pulmonary fibrosis......
