Where to find Observerships? - fmg_img

I am an IMG in California and will be applying for Int Med for '07 match. I'm looking for Observership opportunities. I know it is very hard to get in Calif but I am willing to move anywhere

Please let me know which hospitals (east cost, midwest anywhere) offer observships?

Is there any std. list of hospitals with observerships just like IMG friendly hospital lists.
