I am so sorry, i dont have much knowledge on this as i did not apply to any of these programs. i just applied to a few programs in peds.
but if i get any input from anyone else i will definetly post it .

I did get a letter from the PD a printed one but he had a hand written note on the side also
I don't know what that means
