No. It is against the NRMP rules to ask the other party (in this case, the program) to release information about their ranking. Some programs may give you the information but, if they want to, they can report that to the NRMP and you can be banned of the match.
Go to the NRMP website and read carefully the Matching agreement policies and rules.
