Please, give me some advice on what to do.
I have applied for residency this year, done with most of the IVs, now preparing for step 3 but I would like to do an observership or research in the meantime. It looks like it is very difficult to get an obververship or research these days. What can I do, how to apply, who to contact. So far I had no luck.
Any advice is appreciated.

Has anyone tried observership through "IMG portal ", do you have something to share about your experience with them. Was it good and did it help you get IV's and how many months is recommended.

It depends , if you have a position format least 6 months and hopefully, that chance of a paper, then research. If no you better show some USCE and get a quick observership wherever you can , for LORs
