here, can I get Canadian visa from the US to get my H1 stamped from Canada, plz help wats the procedure for getting the date for interview..... any lawyers... plz help.

Hi, Yes u can apply for Canadian visa from US (Be sure to contact the consulate and provide them with everythign they need coz in the recent past there r few rejections for Canadian visa esp for the ppl who r in US on temporary visas.It happened with one of my family members.But in ur case if u provide them with everything they need u wud have no prob)...Once u get the visa for Canada and enter Canada u can contact any lawyer and they can help u further.

I would suggest getting in touch with a lawyer who would coordinate the whole visa stamping,they even suggest which embassy to go to toincrease the chances.I know it costa but i thought i would suggest.

If someone knows anything about this aspect, plz reply because most of us will be leaving US after the match and have very less time to prepare for going to canada
