Did you also do Kaplan Qbook 6th edition?
Any thoughts on this source in terms of do they update the questions? and how close it is to the real exam?

I just gave my step 3 prep materials to a friend .. i dont recall which edition the qbook was but it was from 2012

its a good source if you've exhausted all other question sources.. it gives you more material to practice just like the lange qbook .. closeness for the actual test is fairly close .. the qbook and qbank from kaplan are really similar

I had a few oddball biochem questions on my step 3 .. which completly threw me off because they were out of the blue and i wasn't expecting things to come up on krebs cycle .. luckily I knew the basics so I'm pretty sure i got them right

they're both great for different reasons

kaplan for mcq portion

archer for ccs portion
