NBME 4 offline 139/184 HELP ! - django4life

Hello guys!
I just completed NBME 4 offline and I get 139 questions right over 184. How can I interpret this score? Exam is in 10 days !! Please give me your advice !

you suppose take it online , but its a bad score . I did form2 last October and got 208 and took uwsa last weks got 228 and make a lot of silly mistakes . nbme are really difficult in term of scoring
