Friends, anyone applied this yr with EAD ? - one2three

hi

i am on EAD now, still awaiting for green card, and planning to apply in sept 2014.
i highly doubt if i can get the green card by then, so i want to know when we apply for residency, do we state that we dont visa and do i come under the green card status or is there a separate option for EAD holders ?

i would greatly appreciate if someone in similar situation or has some information can shed some light on this matter

There is an option in ERAS as "pending green card". So if you still dont have it by then,that's the one you should click. You can just change it and update it in ERAS once your greencard arrives .
