A 39 y/o present to ER form East LA for gunshot wound to the chest. Few min later in ER pat develop complication and transfer to OR for thoracotomy. No family member was present at time of admission ans no adequate anesthesia could be obtained from the pat. Upon induction anesthesiologist use skeletal muscle relaxant and the pat HR shots up to 140/min and muscle rigidity. What is the most appropriate treatment (site of drug action) for this pat?
