I have a question regarding the ranking email. If you're going to send one, should you send it to every interviewer you had in the program? Or is it just the PC and PD? and what about the associate PD?

PD, PC thats it. But it will not make a difference. Dont stress 35 more days.

ah you are talking to ranking email...sorry thought you were talking about thank you emails. PD alone is fine.
