I am really frustrated with all these visa stuff. I started my residency with EAD, however have an issue now on renewal, so I need to get J1 to continue my residency!.
So, I need statement of need from Sri Lanka.
Can any one who got J1 from Sri Lanka help me with the process of getting the statement of need?
Actually my father is in Sri Lanka and went to the health dep. The person whom my father spoke to did not have any idea about "Statement of need" and refused to issue.
Any input will be much appreciated.
