@swamy Hello, I don’t which ECG u looking at but the one I present here in case rhythm can NOT be sinus in origin WHY? Bz P waves absence and the rhythm is IRREGULAR ( perhaps, subtly, if you measure out distance btw each QRS u will see this is true)-> again direct u -> a-fib
