i got my first form rejected.. and then i came to know that i should send the form with public notary as i am in the US currently. i then sent another form 186 with notary to my college. they sealed my photo where notary person had sealed already.. what should i do now? will it be accepted with two seals in the photo or do i hav to start with another form again ?i couldnt cal ecfmg coz its closed saturday and sunday.
