@butters -- You can look at last year's NRMP Charting Outcomes data for pathology. Last year for non-US IMGs, around 10 IVs was "safe" (75% chance or so of match).
@cmk2013 I wish I could answer more but I don't really know much about most of your programs. Baylor is quite well known and maybe you can make connections for fellowship at MD Anderson since it is right nearby. Houston is a decent place to live if you can tolerate the heat & humidity. I would probably put it first.
Also, if the programs are almost the same quality then think about where you want to live permanently since you make connections during residency. Cost of living will be very low in Johnson City TN...on the other hand not the best place if you have a professional spouse. So depends a lot on your own circumstances too.
