I was told during the interview that the program had ~15 categorical IM positions however on NRMP it says their current quota is 20. Does that mean they got approval for additional positions this year?

If UPMC( mercy) is a university program/ branch of UPMC) I go for that, if it is affiliated hospital to UPMC, I will choose university of oaklahoma.
