A is correct
-DM can cause diabetic peripheral neuropathy (LMN lesion).
-Atonic bladder implies an LMN lesion at the level of the conus medullaris, cauda equina, sacral plexus, or peripheral nerves. It is characterized by overflow incontinence and increased capacity and compliance.

Cholinergic medications (bethanechol). if that does not work--> Clean technique intermittent catheterization (CIC)
