howard has fellowships but not great training and monotonous population

i finally kept howard way below the list...im sure i won't get till there..
didn't want to take risks with howard...plus the training is not great

There are only 30,000 positions and around 40,000 applicants. If amazon can handle millions of orders at the same time I dont think its a big task for nrmp computers to handle 40,000 people.
