This is a live in nanny position for a Pediatrician with two kids. 1100-1200 a month.

$1200 is too little for a live in nanny salary in the west coast. I am thinking $2500 is a better figure.

There are people who can use this job as an avenue to accomplish a lot. Free rent food,access to observership with Pediatrician in her clinic,Lors and a place to study for ur boards if u are paying rent elsewhere. U can save up a lot. This is a long term position. Car at your disposal as well. Fee is negotiable but definitely not 2500

On the contrary I think $2500/month is a very cheap rate for a nanny in the west coast. You are asking for a live in nanny which automatically implies that it is a 24 hour commitment. In addition any physician makes about a 6 figure salary and so paying only $2500 is really a reasonable rate.
All other offers : observership / studying opportunities are not possible for the candidate who will obviously be distracted .... kids are not going to be quiet or less demanding, you should know
