I am so confused...could anyone please tell me how and where I can find information about those out of the match residency programs? How can I know the names of those programs? Thank you!

theres no list. just go through frieda, findaresident for open positions, and just asking people.

Mount Vernon IM is out of match but theyve already offered prematch positions to people.
