As said in previous post, YOG 1991.

USMLE Step 1, 2CK, 2CS: 226, 243, Passed (all at 1st attempt)

Observerships in US hospitals (maybe 3 months in total, all in internal medicine and intensive care units)

Master's in Clinical Psychology from US university.

I have been participating for the past 3 consecutive years, and no interview at all this year. My YOG 2002, 241/262/239, no attempts. Please guide me what I should do. No career gaps, currently practicing in a Caribbean Country. But need visa though.

@yog2002 You have fantastic credentials. It seems to me you need to add some significant USCE (United States Clinical Experience) which seems to be another differentiator, especially for those who want to apply to very competitive programs (dermatology, urology, and the likes).

congratulations first, I am 2002 YOG, got one IV did not match, working in UK, got MRCP still did not match and only one IV.

I did an observership at a university here in the US and I got a very good LOR from it. It did help. I work part time in a research laboratory and got a 2nd US Lor from it. I guess Lors from our home countries do not really hold much water unless they are entirely absent.
