fine and the other seems confused and has trouble

- B-AMS is a clinical diagnosis; diagnostics and
physical findings are not necessary. Diagnosis is
based on headache and one or more of the following
symptoms: nausea, vomiting, fatigue, lightheadedness,
anorexia, and insomnia at high altitude. Sinus
infection can cause similar symptoms and should be
considered.b.

B-This student is suffering from HACE. This is
an extension of AMS. Brain herniation from edema is of
great concern. Immediate decent, oxygen treatment,
and dexamethasone are needed as soon as possible.
Consider magnetic resonance imaging if available.
