Could somebody tell me what the requirements for step III ?

I have done step I& II, waiting for stepII score, doing CSA in early December.

I am in same situation like u, except that I have passed step 2, I will take CSA on December 4th. Which day u'll take it? Are u going to apply for the match this year? Or you'll aplly after u take step 3?
