i have a question , is there any basic science question (like step 1 matterial) in step 3 exam or questions are basically like step 2( case)

Please refer to usmle.com website for the kinds of questions tested in Step III. Please take a look at the released items. Many of the questions in Step 3 are clinic based management questions. There are not too many basic science questions in Step 3. Also the textbook Family Practice Review by Richard M. Swanson is excellent. Good luck. Ray
