need advice about externship! urgency! - usmle88888

Hello guys,
i am going to apply internal medicine this year, however,i got a opportunity to do externship of gynecology oncology at New York city,presbyterian hospital(4 weeks), should i accept this one or accept another offer for internal medicine externship(also in NYC)?

please advice, in urgency, wait online....

I would go for IM If i am going to apply in IM.

I would go to NYP , even if you are applying to IM, those LOR are heavier
