i have a green card . i would like to ask is it good to take step 3 before residency or during it and why?

first year residency is really hectic,so u dont get time to read.it is best given before joining residency.
some want to give it in residency since the clincal experience helps them in the exam.

If you have time take it before your residency starts, then during residency you donot have to worry about it.
