Ok when u deal with such Q Lumbar L4-5 or C4-5.... use this formula N as inerverterbal disc +1 # Spinal N may contact with populous/(posterior logitudinal ligment -> push vertebral canal)Here the magicSmile herniated C5-6 -> impinge C6 spinal nerve roots.

Not on L4-5 formula don't work so don't mix it up. ONLY on C region Smile
