someone who has taken the exam... plz help me out with these questions!

1. the question about the egg salad and everyone who vomited and came to the ED... is it due to inadequate refrigeration or incomplete cooking?

2.the question with newborn who has unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia... how do we differentiate betw ABO and Rh incompatibility?

3.question with the clubbing of fingers and toes and burning sensation in feet when the lady walks which is relieved by raising the legs... is it
a.bronchogenic CA
b.hypoparathyroidism
c.medullary CA thyroid
d.non hodgkin's

1. yea fridge

2. ABO doesn't cause that much of a drop in Hb

but besides the clubbing, there is nothing else that points towards CA rt? Sad

I actually have a lot more doubts :/

1. indequadte registration
2. RH incompatability
3. Bronchogenic carcinoma. I also answered just bc of clubbing and got it right.

@kavi - i thought it was similar to a tough UWSA block, with a few questions that you could not find anywhere.
