It is called Swyer syndrome
Karyotype XY, but testes disappears in fetus itself
Non functioning gonad - so born with female external genitalia.
No Mullerian inhibiting factor - so uterus and fallopian tube also present
High risk of cancer at a young age itself. So unlike Androgen insensitivity syndrome in which you remove the gonads after puberty, here you must remove them as soon as condition is detected
I presume they will present with primary amenorrhea
And most likely they will be given cyclic estrogen and progesterone to allow puberty and to prevent osteoporosis. Menstruation will also occur.
They can probably bear a child with donor egg and ivf. No need to surrogacy.
