if ther was no this toomuch bp i wd have gone for panic attack with suuporting agorphobia

if there were anxieties once again without hypertensive urgency iwd gone forGAD.

IF it had facial flushing bronchospasm diarrhea skin change i wdhave gone for carcinoid

chronic hypertension clinches it but he is getting it now and didnot see iany past hx

if you have given hypertensive urgency i wd have accepted that

investigate this pt with urinary vma and catacholamine and do a ctt
