Should I apply to IM? or stick to FM?

I know someone who matched into IM with 190 which is quite low. But she was a citizen and AMG.

119 on step 1.. thats really low.. im sorry but i think even FM going to be hard

I think you should definitely apply to FM as i feel they focus more in usce than scores
