If you are an IMG, you should upload through OASIS

dont think you can upload MSPE through OASIS. Your school has to do that. I think you can upload transcript

you can upload through OASIS. I've done that for both MSPE and transcript.

through ERAS support services in OAISIS. you will find upload MSPE, transcript, LOR, PTAL, etc, etc
