Ok. Thanks cardio99.
i'll go with A on this one. it appears that the patient is afraid that what killed his paternal grandpa would kill him so he could have a panic attack at any moment when he's conscious and his mind goes to it. But if a panic attack occurs during his sleep when he's not aware then.....hope i'm not blundering?

Q1) LIVER PFK-2 (Active Kinase, INactive kinase,Active Phosphatase, INactive pehosphataes)

Q2) LIVER PFK-1 ( INactive Kinase OR Active kinase)

Q3) Muscle Glucose uptake ( INC OR DEC)

1) active kinase

A 40 y/o M with a history of a seizure, in which taking/maintained on phenobarbital & phenytoin now presented to you for CNS depression. Phenytoin level was 15 mg/L (10 -20 mg/L TR) & Phenobarbital level was 70 mg/L (15 - 40 mg/L TR). Pat denies any suicidal thought & any acute ingestion in that matter. Your next step to enhance the elimination of phenobarbital without impacting the phenytoin?
