failing step 3 and chances of gettig a position -

I hear that taking Step 3 might improve your chances of getting matched and getting h1 visa. But what if you fail? Does it really affect your chances?

dont worry think positive although on eof my friend she was given position and was told that this contract is based on the promice that she will pass well she got 74 and they toook her position away......she studied and got 90 and got it back next yr.so its all goood study well ..if u want som etips...mail me rehan_farooq7
