HTN Follow up / Refill case -

Hi,

In HTN Follow up / Refill case, do we have to check BP or write 'Check orthostatic BP' in the work up ?

Actually i got a case of hypertension and i did not take the orthostatic measurements nor did i include that in work up.Still i passed!!!.Actually there is nothing wrong in taking orthostatic measurements and this is better then including it in the work up.Dont forget to examine the abdomen and auscultating it for any renal artery bruits.
