this is not a Q its just a skill keeper.all the conditions ---JRA,HSP,RUBELLA,ARF have arthritis in common but ARF has Mitral Insufficiency,its just a point from GOLJAN LECTURES.I JUST THOUGHT TO POST IT.
then ---Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disease but stills disease has more systemic manifestations.

1) Still's disease
2) Polyarticular JRA
3) Pauciarticular JRA.
