First of all, the scores can't get any better than what you have. Congratulations.

You have about 5 months left for that.

-- Make sure you have all the required paperwork ready by August 2nd week.
-- Make sure you have employed a consulatant to prepare your Resume and Personal Statement(s). Set deadline by Aug 15th 2006
-- Make sure you apply early enough (No later than Sept 1st week).
-- Prepare yourself with USCE/research/Observorship/US LORs.

You should be in a great position to get an out of match position.
Don't be greedy and waste your chances by entering a match. Take the out of match position if its in a decent program (university based)

Good Luck.
