I matched at jewish hospital/university of cincinnati Ohio.It offers H1 .I have still to take step3 by next week. Ohio state needs liscence , so by time my liscence is processed my step3 result will come. Can any body tell me what will be the expenses for H1 processing by Premier process. Does any body know any cheap lawyer.

Premium processing costs $1000, but I don't know how much will lawyer charge you.

premium processing takes 2 weeks time and costs 3500$

Thanks anupama, it is so costly.Does it include lawyer fee also. What is the alternate option?

When you send the check they have to respond in 2 weeks or 1o days, I'm not sure. So they can either reject or accept your application but they have to respond.

You can wait up to 6 months to get H1 without Premium Process.
