Lots of NY programs still prematch

Now there is all in or all out, meaning you could fill apicants with both prematches and thru the match...now you have to do one or the other only

I think he is asking if programs can still offer prematch at this point .. and the answers is No, because in order to prematch you must withdraw from the match, and deadline for withdrawal was yesterday, so basically all prematch programs must have filled all their positions
