ruling out malignancy is def to take in mind as doba said, but still adenocarcinoma of the colon is vert rare to start with bright red colon per rectum without any other feature... please carvidolol say the answer if you have it.

31. B --> she has small bowel obstructions (ileal obstruction 2ary to an impacted gallstone revealed by the air in the biliary system) she is def septic, but choice A does not fit entirely with the vignette.

yeah, 39. is hidradenitis supurativa, apocrine glands.
what I do for not get confused Eccrine glands are EVERYWHERE (sweat glands everywhere including palms and soles) apocrine has specific locations.
